ARVO PÄRT – MIRRORED

A Journey of Reflection, Radiance, and Reverence

To celebrate the 90th birthday of one of the most revered composers of our time, Nordic Pulse proudly presents the concert ‘Pärt – Mirrored’, a stunning tribute to the legendary Estonian composer Arvo Pärt.

This concert is more than a performance – it is a journey inward. A mirrored path through sound and silence, presence and transcendence. It reflects a unified understanding of shine – not as something to be possessed, but as something to be awakened within … and to make others shine in turn.

The program features six of Pärt’s most intimate and profound compositions:

Spiegel im Spiegel, Da Pacem Domine, Swansong, Fratres, Ukuaru Waltz, and Christmas Lullaby.

Each piece resonates with his signature blend of sacred simplicity and emotional depth – music that does not seek to impress, but to invite. To still. To illuminate.

Nordic Pulse interweaves these masterpieces with a handpicked selection of music that both inspired Pärt and was, in turn, inspired by him – from the atmospheric minimalism of Bach and Coldplay to deeply personal works by members of our own band. Together, they form a sonic dialogue that transcends genre, generation, and geography – a reflection of shared spirit and evolving legacy.

More than a concert, ‘Pärt – Mirrored’ is a ceremony – one that evokes the values of Estonia’s ancient indigenous knowledge: stillness, reverence for nature, inner harmony, and the quiet wisdom that lives.
